All offers that require any sort of purchase such as a buy-one-get-one-free deal or a percentage off the price of an item will not be allowed. Only valid offers will be accepted.

Companies with multiple locations must submit an offer for each location separately. All offers must be submitted using this form. Companies making an offer must agree to the Bithday Freebies, LLC terms and conditions

All submitted offers must be reviewed, confirmed and accepted prior to being included in the Birthday Freebies apps. Please allow up to 14 working days for the review process, which may include contacting your company directly via phone to confirm offer authenticity.

Birthday Freebies, LLC., reserves the right to include, exclude or remove any company's Freebie Offering even after being accepted without prior notice.
